We are seeking an experienced senior accounting executive with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in US accounting to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounts in QBO and finance-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process various financial transactions, including remittance reports, vendor payments, and credit card payments.
- Review transactions to ensure accurate sales & purchase posting and invoice management.
- Oversee income recognition across various branches and payment methods.
- Reconciliation of bank, credit card, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions.
- Manage financial reports and conduct regular inventory analysis.
- Review financial statements, identify discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Perform reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Communicate with clients regarding financial matters, providing updates and addressing queries.
- Suggest improvements for financial processes and automation.
- Assist clients in automating manual processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master or Bachelors degree in Commerce, Inter CA, US CMA.
- Prior experience in US KPO is preferred.
- Well versed with Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, PDF, and other office tools.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English is must
Business Development Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Assistant with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in KOP/IT to join our team
Job Description
- Ability to Generate leads through cold calling.
- Prior Experience in lead generation through LinkedIn, Cold Calling, etc.
- Follow up on existing leads on a regular basis via email and calling.
- Expert in lead processing and closure
- Pre-qualify leads generated by Exhibition, events, e-mail campaign, and other marketing initiatives.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion and funnel status.
- Should have exposure and have worked for US region
- Must have good negotiation & convincing skills
- Working experience with CRM Tools
- Expertise in preparing business proposals, contracts, agreements, presentations etc.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English Communication
- International Market Exposure preferably in KPO/IT Industry
- Any bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- Confident, Extrovert, Energetic
- Handle international client calls and emails.

- Ability to meet deadlines and work with project urgency.
